Our Child Care Centre "Kita Tausendfüßler"
In July 1969 the first of our childcare centres became operational, the Kita Tausendfüßler, which was founded by an initiative from a group of parents. Currently this facility looks after 46 children from the age of 4 months to 3 years. Two childcare workers are assigned to look after each individual group of children at this day care centre. We offer: 37 child care places for the children of students plus 9 places for the children of parents who are not enrolled in a tertiary institution in Münster.
Opening Hours: Our childcare facility operates from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The daily activities are planned with the needs of the children in mind. Children should be brought to the centre by 9.30 a.m. at the latest so they can take part in group activities. The childcare centre can be closed for up to 35 days each year for staff training, annual leave or public holidays. The dates will be discussed with the parents in advance and notices will be posted.
